The Code Z team has been attending Comic Con San Diego this year and we are really excited!!!
This is our very first year attending and so far it's been a whole lot of fun! Being comic book lovers ourselves, it's like walking through a huge maze of illustrations and inspiration. People are also dress up head to toe as their favorite characters . We've already crossed a couple of Batmans, Star Wars Stormtroopers, Master Chiefs(from Halo) and two Captain Jacks, just to name a few. MJ Dedication License Plate Poll

In both the upcoming Code Z teaser and trailer, there will be many special MJ references throughout the videos. Some will be easier to find than others. Since Code Z is after all a dedication to the one and only King of Pop, we wanted your opinion on a license plate reference we are doing. We just finished the first Code Z promotional poster and we are very excited to share it with you. It's exactly how we imagined it would be. We will start working on our second poster in a couple of weeks and when it's done, we'll definitely post it here as well.

Finished Principal Photography

Here is a quick behind the scenes look at the filming of Code Z.

We are very excited about accomplishing another major step, principal photography. Even though we still have a lot more work to do, the toughest part is behind us. It also was a lot of fun. We can't wait to show you a sneak peak, once we start editing everything together!

We're going through and organizing all the shots and angles for this Friday (when we start shooting Code Z). We also drove by some areas yesterday and selected some cool locations that we think will help bring an original and nice look to our series. Also, in the last few weeks, we've been going through the storyboard drawings (which we'll be posting here soon) and putting a list together of how many actors/zombies we'll need for each day of shooting. Finally we've gone through both our wardrobe and the zombie clothing, plus created coreography for each scene. Basically, we've been locked in our own world creating and preparing for Code Z. We know... you might be thinking how exhausting this all sounds, but we are loving every second of it. We are excited you are taking this journey with us. We can't wait to see the final results.

Less than 5 days and counting!

We start shooting in less than 5 days and still have lots to do. We are VERY happy how everything is coming along so far. Zombie makeup tests, Slow motion/Speed ramp tests, Fake blood tests, Wardrobe tests, Weapon's tests, Fight Choreography and Green screen tests are all behind us now.
This morning we reserved the Red camera package for this Friday, so there's no turning back. Full steam ahead, exactly how we like it! Keep checking back here for more news as we will be constantly updating this site.
